I recommend it for friends seeking relaxation

The staff was friendly and helpful, they made my stay smooth. Room service was quick and the towels were fresh every day.

It wasn't cheap, but it felt worth it for the comfort and service.

I appreciated this hotel and did not want to leave there, would recommend to others. The place was clean and breathtaking, it had really good staff at pool outstanding service. The location met what was needed, it was good and fab in the Platinum area which is located by the beach.

Didn't like the area, it was really noisy.

Spotless room with comfy beds, toiletries, restaurants for full duration of holiday, just what we needed. The staff was willing to help with whole lot we requested for. The location of the hotel was marvellous - not too far away from Playa.

Opt for the deluxe junior suite for a cozy stay - it comes with a bathtub, whirlpool bath, and a huge comfy bed! 🛁🛌

I liked everything, except one thing that I think they would have to solve it, is very far from everything even beach of the carmen which gay thing that don't kidnap taxi every time you want to move to 50 pesos per passenger ida and 50 pesos return I think excessive should put free transport to the beach of the carmen I have been e. Many hotels and I had never seen this otherwise the hotel is excellent.

Transport to carmen beach free and fix the gresite of the swimming pools is very deteriorated.

We liked this exceptional and hectic hotel and would recommend it. The breakfast was delicious with the food at the buffets; the staff was amiable...

The rooms here are air-conditioned and come with a nice whirlpool bath—super relaxing! 🛁

The hotel boasts a marvelous location right by a private beach with amazing loungers for lazy days. It is conveniently located next to the theater, live bands, and "all-inclusive" restaurants.

The treatment of the excellent staff, the excellent room conditions, the very delicious food, the show of the night especially the Mexican night with mariachi. Recommended 100 x certain

The room was fancy and exceptionally clean. the bathroom was clean with an additional bed. - the hotel is located in an amazing setting, close to restaurants and discos. - Conveniently within walking distance to various stores and gift shops across the street.

I like the location very much!Food was amazing! And the mini club staff do their best to entertain kids!!

I didnt like the work of reception staff! If you come to them with any problem- they say like we are not responsible for anything we need to talk to a manager and they never find any solution!

The room here is nicely decorated and looks brand new. I loved the open bathroom with a spa bathtub, plus they also provide a drier and a shower cap. Checking in was a breeze, and there's parking right on site. 🚗

Good facilities

It's the fourth time we've gone and everything's gotten worse. Less shows, less decoration in restaurant, less amenities in the room. Less staff to attend omelettes or grills are forming queues

hotel is very nice, room very comfortable and restaurants both a la carte and buffet prepared good and varied food.

The attention received by some workers was quite bad, bad replies and very arrogant. I've been to quite a few hotels in both Cancun and Playa del Carmen and I've never been treated like that ...
